Associate Creative and Designer at Carrspace, Joel’s designs are the amalgamation of creative talent, brand intuition, and a decade of experience as a graphic/print/motion/web/UI designer. Not only is he skilled on the tools, Joel has a gift for words and an eye for detail, making him a very valuable asset to both the creative team, and the Carrspace team as a whole.
He cites his first project with Carrspace as a career highlight – the development of an iPhone app and microsite for the 2014 Formula One season in a crazily short time frame: “The team managed to turn around a really nice design and interface, which far exceeded our own expectations and those of our client. I jumped right into the deep end with that one, and I’m really proud of that achievement.”

Whilst at Carrspace, Joel has worked on campaigns for Renault, Qatar Airways, Puma and Virgin Mobile. Prior to Carrspace, he worked as a freelance designer with brands including StoreDJ, Cadbury, RMIT University, Springhill Farm, Beanhunter, Art Guide, Metlink Melbourne and UnitingCare.
